Your concrete missions

As an e-commerce Content Moderator , you will be at the heart of the security and reliability of the products sold on Social media. You will:

• Examine product sheets (texts, images, videos, descriptions) posted online by sellers.
• Check their compliance with quality standards and community rules .
• Detect and remove any misleading, inappropriate or dangerous content.
• Ensure rapid and rigorous processing of reports.
• Be a driving force for improving moderation processes and reporting on market trends.

The profile we are looking for

• You are rigorous, curious and analytical .
• Comfortable with technology, social media and dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage sometimes sensitive content with maturity and discernment .
• Fluent in French + good level of English.
• Previous experience in moderation or customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
