Job Description

We are looking for native French speakers (C2) with excellent writing skills in French and a good command of English (B2) to join our Customer Service team in Porto. This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience by supporting a dynamic project within a Social Media Platform technical support, particularly through its growing platform.

About the position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with technology products. You will be part of an international team, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, while opening yourself up to new encounters, friendships, and cultural opportunities abroad.
