As a content moderator you will review, and moderate content posted. You will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service, in order to grant that all the platform compliance regulations are followed. You will be working on the French market and helping to build a better experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies
• Ad content review, specifically with Promoted Pins, Shopping Pins, Merchant level ads, Advertiser and Merchant workflows
• Video content review for organic video uploads, seeking actionable, policy violating content (as defined in the Training)
• Spam Operations Domain Review and other Trust and Safety content review for "flagged" content
• Disclaimer: please note that these tasks might involve exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography and fake news

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• Good command of English (minimum B2+)
• French C2 Level / Fluent Required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorised to work in Portugal without sponsorship
