Location : Lisbon, Portugal (on site)

We are looking for French speakers (C2) with excellent written and oral communication skills in French, as well as a good command of English (B2) , to join our dedicated customer service team in Lisbon.

You will assist customers with their requests, bookings and after-sales follow-up, to ensure a smooth and professional travel experience.
 

About the position

As a Customer Service Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for Vueling passengers. You will manage their requests via different channels (phone, email and chat), help them manage their bookings and ensure the resolution of their problems, while ensuring they have the best possible experience.

Your responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide customer support via calls, emails and chat .
• Process requests for information, sales and complaints .
• Manage sensitive cases , including those escalated by regulatory bodies.
• Manage reservations : creation, modification or cancellation.
• Support back office operations : ticket issuance, changes, cancellations.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers in real time .
• Exceed passenger expectations by delivering a positive and memorable experience .
• Actively listen to customers, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions .

Desired profile

• French (C2) , excellent written and oral skills.
• Good level of English (B2) for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or in the travel industry is mandatory (6 months minimum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the airline or tourism sector will be appreciated.
• Proactive, adaptable and motivated to evolve in a dynamic environment.

Relocation assistance (for candidates coming from abroad)

• Shared accommodation in Lisbon paid for by the company.
• Reimbursement of the plane ticket (economy class) up to €400 after 6 months of contract.
