Location : Lisbon, Portugal (on site)
We are looking for French speakers (C2) with excellent written and oral communication skills in French, as well as a good command of English (B2) , to join our dedicated customer service team in Lisbon.
This is a unique opportunity to develop an international career in the airline industry , providing quality support to passengers of one of Europe's largest low-cost airlines. You will assist customers with their requests, bookings and after-sales follow-up, to ensure a smooth and professional travel experience.
About the position
As a Customer Service Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for Vueling passengers. You will manage their requests via different channels (phone, email and chat), help them manage their bookings and ensure the resolution of their problems, while ensuring they have the best possible experience.
