Your role

As a Customer Service & Sales Manager, you will be the brand ambassador and will support clients and travel agencies to transform their projects into unforgettable experiences:

• Advise customers on cruise offers via inbound calls.
• Sell ​​cruise packages and offer additional services ( cross-selling & upselling ).
• Ensure quality monitoring before and after booking.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, ships, fares and necessary documents.

Profile Required : 

• Native French speaker (or equivalent level) + English B2 minimum.
• Successful and significant sales experience (essential).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and commercial flair.
• Motivation to settle and develop in an international environment.
