Your responsibilities:
- As part of the team, you will assist advertisers in using their advertising products on Facebook and Instagram
- You will join a motivated and multilingual support team
- Support SMEs (via several channels: chat (live) and emails (offline)
- Outbound phone calls may/should be made to ensure that customers have understood the information being provided to them
- Provide product and tool support to improve customer experience
- Identify trends and solve problems faced by many SMB customers
Your profile:
- No experience? No worries! A high school education is required, but we believe in your potential and offer comprehensive training.
- Eager to explore new perspectives and develop your skills.
- Ready to take on a professional and personal challenge abroad.
- Good command of English (B2).
