Your Missions
- Respond to PlayStation customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Provide technical support on consoles, user accounts and payments.
- Assist with installing and syncing PlayStation software and devices.
- Advise customers on the use and purchase of PlayStation products.
Profile Required :
- French level C2.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Interest in the PlayStation universe, customer support and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
