Our client is a leading international car and van rental company, operating in more than 140 countries worldwide. Serving both leisure and business travelers, the company offers short- and long-term vehicle rentals through a wide fleet ranging from city cars to premium vehicles, with convenient locations at airports, train stations, and city centers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent and personalized customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging. 
•  Assist customers with inquiries and support them throughout the car rental process. 
•  Provide information regarding car rental reservations and available options, identifying customer needs and promoting the most suitable services. 
•  Engage with clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring effective resolution of issues and a high standard of support. 
• Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and sales skills, ideally supported by previous contact center experience.
   

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal
• Good command of English (minimum B2+)
• French C2 Level / Fluent Required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorised to work in Portugal without sponsorship

Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 18:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days Off - Saturday and Sunday
