Your tasks:
- Customer contact via live chat, telephone, email, web forms or private messages on social media.
- Handling consumer requests regarding information and complaints.
- Providing excellent solutions and services.
- Professional advice on products and beauty treatments.
- E-commerce advice (questions about returns, deliveries or refunds).
- Care advice (questions about products, product alternatives, or product specifications).
- Database maintenance (GDPR questions, newsletter unsubscribes, data leaks).
Your profile:
- No experience? No problem! We believe in your potential and offer comprehensive training.
- Motivated, observant, logical and accurate.
- Looking for new discoveries and developing your skills?
- Ready to take on a professional and personal challenge abroad?
- Good knowledge of English (level B2).
