Our client enhances third-party data reliability throughout the Procure-to-Pay process, enabling teams to focus on core tasks. By leveraging Artificial Intelligence, the platform automates third-party controls and enhances process security.

Responsibilities:Reach out to third parties via outbound calls to verify bank details.Support users through email and phone interactions.Maintain strong client relationships.Respond to incoming calls and emails.Confirm IBAN ownership by contacting clients and obtaining firm confirmations.

Requirements:Experience in customer support.Excellent communication skills for both phone and email interactions.Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.Detail-oriented approach to verify and confirm bank details accurately.Proactive and responsible in managing tasks independently.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• Good command of English (minimum B2+)
• German C2 Level / Fluent Required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorised to work in Portugal without sponsorship

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):
08:00 AM to 05:00 PM 
Days Off: Weekends
