Job Description

Location: Porto, Portugal (on site)

We are looking for native French speakers (C2) with excellent writing skills in French and a good command of English (B2) to join our client's Customer Service team in Porto . This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience by supporting a dynamic project fro technical support.

About the position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via email and chat , ensuring a smooth and professional experience with our client's technology products. You will be part of an international team , dedicated to providing high-quality customer service , while opening yourself up to new encounters, friendships, and cultural opportunities abroad.
