Your daily missions:

• As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with an exceptional experience:
• Respond to consumer requests with professionalism, clarity and empathy.
• Identify their needs and propose suitable solutions, in compliance with procedures.
• Provide accurate information on the use, maintenance and warranty of our products.
• Suggest additional sales when they meet the customer's needs.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Profile sought

• Native French speaker with a good level of English (B2).
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable with computer tools.
• Previous experience in customer relations is a plus, but we also train motivated beginners!
